Our squirrel section really needs your help! we are looking for a team leader to join our volunteer team! team leaders report to the Group Lead Volunteer and work in collaboration with the squirrel team members for the running of a balanced Programme and their section, Squirrels are 4-6 Years and focus primarily on making new friends and having fun! if you can colour a picture, sing a nursery rhyme and love to have fun then your already the perfect fit :)
As a team leader you will be responsible for the squirrel section overall reporting to the group lead but heading up the team members to ensure both POR is followed and a balanced programme is met

Our Cub section really needs your help! we are looking for team members to join our volunteer team! team members report to the Group Lead but support the team leader in the running of a balanced Programme and their section, Cubs are 8-10.5 Years and focus primarily on Overcoming fears, taking part in adventurous activities and taking the lead! if you can climb a tower, Shoot a rifle, carve a pumpkin and love to have fun then your already the perfect fit

Our fundraising committee is in place to organize fundraising events to raise money for the scout group! the committee reports to the trustee board and meets once a month to plan and organize what's needed
As a member of the committee you will help support the fundraising events, liaising with the community to help promote the group and report to the Fundraising Committee Chair
by volunteering for this role you are making a huge difference to all the children in the group

As a Group Trustee you will sit a 2 year term on the Group Trustee Board having a vote and supporting with the charity aspects of the group "The nitty gritty if you like" its important that trustees work together to ensure the group is running in line with POR and the charity commission
The trustee Board meets once a term however trustees are expected to volunteer for tasks in between meetings
