Sharnford Scout Group Founded in April 2024
Provides life skills and memories to children aged 4-10.5 Years
Are aim is to reach children in an area lacking youth engagement as to ensure children have a safe and fun place to explore, learn new skills and make new friendships
Our programme of activities is tailored to the needs of each young person. We work on a series of challenges and adventures spread out across various Badge Criterias. to complete the top award for each section. The Chief scout award. this particular award is presented on behalf of the chief scout and awarded by a Commissioner
We are the newest addition to Hinckley District becoming the 13th Group after many years of just 12, We opened our doors to the young people of Sharnford on April 9th 2024 and have had a successful following ever since, Our vision to open the group was to connect with young people in an area in need of youth involvement / Clubs
